God Calls the Faithful: Taking That First Step Toward Your Calling

    Have you ever felt a tug at your heart, a gentle nudge that whispers, "There's more for you"? That's often how God begins His call.      Have you ever felt as though your confidence was slipping away, leaving you feeling unsure, inadequate, or unworthy? In a world filled with comparison and self-doubt, it’s easy to lose sight of the truth about who you are and whose you are. But take heart—confidence isn’t something we have to muster up on our own. Through Christ’s promises, we can reclaim the confidence we were always meant to walk in.      The Bible reminds us over and over again that our confidence doesn’t come from our abilities, achievements, or appearance. True confidence comes from knowing who we are in Christ and trusting in His unchanging promises.      In 2 Corinthians 3:5, Paul writes, “Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God.” This means our worth and strength are rooted in Him, not in what the world says or what we think we lack.
